Licence Agreement

This version of the licence agreement replaces that included with the download packages for version 0.9 and 0.91 of the sasqChart control.

The use of the Product in any format whatsoever indicates your acceptance of this License Agreement.
Use of this product is similar to postcardware. If you use it, please send the Copyright Holder an email (sasq@sasq.co.uk). Should you wish your product or use to be included in the “SasqChart in the Wild” section of the Copyright Holders website, please state the fact, and include the relevant information in this email. Usage information can include as little or as much information as you see fit and is by no means a requirement of use of the product.
Preamble:
The intent of this document is to state the conditions under which the Product may be copied, such that the Copyright Holder maintains some semblance of control over the development of the Product, while giving the users of the Product the right to use and distribute the Product in a more-or-less customary fashion, plus the right to make modifications.
Definitions:
- "Product" refers to the collection of files distributed by the Copyright Holder, and derivatives of that collection of files created through modification.
- "Copyright Holder" is whoever is named in the copyright or copyrights for the Product.
- “You" (or "Your" ) is you, if you're thinking about using, copying or distributing this Product.
- “Contributor" means any person or entity that creates or contributes to the creation of modifications of this Product.
- “Non-commercial use” includes use in free, open-source and academic applications.
- “Commercial use” is any use where distribution of your application charges a fee, including shareware software.
- "Derived Products" shall mean any work, whether in source of binary form, that is based on (or derived from) this Product. It does not include applications that merly use the product or a derived version of the product as a non-substancial part of that application
